During the two and half years of the implementation of Education Strategic Plan (ESP) 2019-2023, Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport (MoEYS) has made great efforts to actively implement its programs and activities and overcome many obstacles in the COVID-19 crisis in order to ensure the process of both in-person and online learning. Overall, MoEYS has made significant progress in expanding inclusive and equitable access to education at all levels, implementing specific measures to strengthen the quality and responsiveness of education services, promoting life-long learning opportunities, and strengthening efficiency and effectiveness in education service management.
